The “RF” is headquarters for the Haiti Program’s leading role in the fight against lymphatic filariasis, a disfiguring and socially stigmatizing disease. The building also hosts visitors working on other research and international aid projects such as Engineering2Empower, a Notre Dame-originated effort to improve post-earthquake housing in Haiti.
