March 21, 2021; Freshman Kaleyna Zahuranic takes the polar plunge at Four Winds Field at Coveleski Stadium. Each year, Special Olympics puts on a Polar Plunge event. Due to COVID-19, the plunge was pushed back this year and held at Four Winds field home of the South Bend Cubs. The plunge is a huge fundraiser for Special Olympics Indiana.
